No, we commit to our ability to receive audio or video files of any length and often receive audio uploads from courts and agencies of an entire week’s worth of proceedings.

Quality assurance is our top priority. eScribers’ transcribers undergo intensive onboarding and are equipped with the best in market technology to ensure that all required formatting and terminology is accurate and consistent.
Additionally, eScribers has a seasoned, expert team of proofreaders who review each transcript before it is delivered to the client. Additionally, our Quality Control Manager conducts regular, random quality checks on a daily basis.
Though rare, should any client be less than satisfied with a delivered transcript, the client can contact eScribers by responding to the email they received regarding the transcript or at a “Help Desk” phone number that will be provided on all email transmissions and our website. eScribers will have a quality control expert review the transcript in comparison to the audio and address all concerns and make any necessary corrections within 24 hours of receipt, of course at no cost to the client. All errors will be handled in accordance with the client’s procedures.
